This new apartment complex on the west side of the city was designed with large trees throughout to provide a canopy, and shade for the residents. The buildings each have their own unique plant pallettes with elements to unify the complex as a whole. Evergreen trees were used in various locations on the site to provide color in the landscape during the dormant months of the year.

Brookdale Place at Jones Farm is a senior living facility nestled in Beautiful Jones Valley. The community includes 186 apartments and 47 patio homes. This facility includes amenities such as vegetable garden plots, flower beds for the residents outdoor gazebos for informal meetings, and walking paths around the campus. the scope included new plantings at both wing additions, location, and construction detail drawings for the facility's sign, as well as the sidewalk layouts, and irrigation design.
